Introduction

Stuart L. Goldenberg is the senior partner and president of Goldenberg Lauricella, PLLC. Stuart has been an attorney since 1984, practicing in state and federal courts throughout the country exclusively in the areas of drug and device mass tort, personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, and insurance law. He is board certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association and the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a state and national Senior Civil Trial Specialist. He is a passionate advocate for his clients.

Biography

Stuart founded his first law firm in 1986 with the belief that injury law should be practiced with client service and dignity. Since then he has handled some of the largest pharmaceutical, personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability cases in the country- including cases involving wrongful death, brain injury, and injuries causing paralysis. Stuart has led or helped to lead drug and device cases around the United States. For his success in winning million- and multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients, Stuart has been elected to the Multi-Million-Dollar Advocates Forum and top 100 trial lawyers by American Trial Lawyers Association.

Stuart was the Co-Lead Counsel in 850 Medtronic Infuse Bone Graft cases. Stuart has been appointed by Federal Judges to serve on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee for many MDLs. including Benicar (Olmesartan) Products Liability Litigation, In Re Bard IVC Filter Products Liability Litigation and In Re Profemur Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation.

Among his pro bono work, Stuart served as a volunteer attorney for victims of the I-35W bridge collapse and victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
