Stuart has led or helped to lead drug and device cases around the United States. For his success in winning million- and multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients, Stuart has been elected to the Multi-Million-Dollar Advocates Forum and top 100 trial lawyers by American Trial Lawyers Association.
Stuart and his partner, Noah Lauricella, recently obtained a record 29 million dollar verdict for a six-year-old boy in a birth injury case. Why Is The Work At Goldenberg Lauricella Important To You?
When I was young, my mother died of cancer. She was a long-time smoker and never warned of the dangers until it was too late. I know firsthand of the devastating effects of losing a loved one to someone else’s negligent conduct. This led me to become an injury attorney to help people who were hurt by no fault of their own. While there is no amount of money that can replace a person’s health or life, there must be some justice in these situations to hold people accountable for their actions and to protect others from the same fate.
