There Will Soon be a Verdict in the 4th Talc Trial in St. Louis

Nora Daniels is a 52-year-old Tennessee resident. Ms. Daniels was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2013 after using Johnson & Johnson talcum powder products for more than 30 years. Ms. Daniels’ case has been tried over the past three weeks in St. Louis City Court in Missouri. This is the same court in which the three talcum powder trials occurred last year that ended with almost $200 million in verdicts. This case is concluding, and there could be a verdict shortly. We have included a day-by-day description of the testimony presented in this case.
