200,000 Strollers Recalled
Britax, a company that makes strollers and other child safety products, is recalling 200,000 strollers after discovering that their B-Agile, B-Agile Double, and Bob Motion models posed a significant injury risk to the fingers of children.
According to a report in the St. Louis Post Dispatch, the company has received complaints of eight injuries after parents pressed the release button and pulled a strap at the same time. These injuries included one partially amputated finger.
At GoldenbergLaw, our Minnesota defective products lawyers understand the seriousness of situations like these. We urge all parents with these strollers to stop using the strollers immediately and call Britax at 866-204-1665 for a free repair kit.
