Wyeth, the predominant manufacturer involved in these cases, as well as the other manufacturers, chose not to include this information in the product warnings.

These cases have currently been consolidated in Federal Court in Arkansas and in State Court in Philadelphia. Approximately 12 cases have been tried to verdict to date. All but one of those cases resulted in a plaintiff's verdict.
