Fleet Phospho-Soda or the Fleet Phospho-Soda EZ-Prep Bowl Cleansing System are manufactured by C.B. Fleet and are used to cleanse a person's bowels before a colonoscopy. However, these products can cause a calcification of the kidneys and result in renal failure. Renal failure results in both the requirement of dialysis and/or kidney transplant.

The FDA required C.B. Fleet to stop marketing a double dose of the product as a bowel cleanser as a preparation for the colonoscopy in December of 2008.
